Why choose me?

Greater Accountability

You will be accountable to both yourself and me with daily activities to complete (tracked through my app) as well as our weekly sessions. I can amend my approach to suit you and get you the results you are looking for.

More cost-effective

In-person sessions range from £30-£90/hour in the UK so coaching can get expensive quickly. I offer sessions in my own private facility where you are not paying for a gym membership on top of your training sessions. I run a hybrid online/in-person coaching service.

Better Results

Seeing a coach 2 hours/week still gives you 166 hours on your own. I am available to answer any questions, review exercise form and offer nutritional guidance. Hybrid clients often get better results than solely in-person or online ones – it’s the best of both worlds.

Lets make things easy

Everything is all in one place meaning no google sheets or hard copies of workouts. Just log in to my app and complete your workout for the day, track your steps, and even input your calories.

Anywhere and Anytime

Online coaching means you can train wherever and whenever you want whether that be in your own garage gym at 6:00 AM before work or a hotel room with resistance bands at 10:00 PM. I can then work your weekly session with me around your other commitments.

Price For All Services

£30-£35 for 1-2-1 In-Person coaching sessions.

It costs just £300 for a 10-session block and is the same £30 per session when signing up via Direct Debit. This is a £5 saving on my individual session price. 

My online-only coaching is great for those who are either not local or who are experienced with exercise and mainly looking for help with accountability and sticking to a plan both in terms of exercise and nutrition (£120 Monthly).

About Me

My name is Jonathan and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with an additional Pre/Post Natal Qualification. I want to help people get ‘fit’ (whatever that means to YOU), lead happier lives, enable you to remain active for longer, and regain confidence in your body.

My ONLY objective is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. I can do all the planning, take out all the guesswork, and provide you with the tools you need to become your healthiest and fittest self.

I live in sunny Aberdeen (Scotland) with my wife (Amy), my Labrador (Loki – she is the fluffier one in the photo), and my son George. I have always loved the great outdoors and being fit and healthy allows me to continue to pursue my interests in other areas such as hillwalking, sports, gaming, and other nerdy pursuits.
